RAEV Mobility Inc Low-Speed Vehicle Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between [Renter's Name] (the "Renter") and [Owner's Name] (the "Owner") for the rental of a low-speed vehicle (the "Vehicle").

1. Rental Period The rental period will begin on [Start Date] at [Start Time] and end on [End Date] at [End Time] (the "Rental Period").

2. Rental Fee The Renter agrees to pay the Owner a rental fee of [Rental Fee] for the Rental Period. Payment shall be made in RAEV Mobile App Wallet at the time of pick-up.

3. Condition of the Vehicle The Owner warrants that the Vehicle is in good condition and fit for use as a low-speed vehicle. The Renter agrees to examine the Vehicle prior to accepting it for rental and to notify the Owner of any defects or damage found.

4. Use of the Vehicle The Renter agrees to use the Vehicle only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Renter shall not use the Vehicle for racing, towing, or off-road purposes. The Renter shall not allow any other person to drive the Vehicle except those authorized in writing by the Owner.

5. Maintenance and Repair The Renter agrees to maintain the Vehicle in good condition during the Rental Period and to return the Vehicle in the same condition as it was received. The Renter shall notify the Owner immediately of any damage, malfunction or need for repair.

6. Liability The Renter assumes all liability for the Vehicle during the Rental Period and agrees to hold the Owner harmless from any claims arising from the use of the Vehicle. The Renter agrees to carry liability insurance in the amount of [Insurance Amount] and to provide proof of insurance to the Owner prior to taking possession of the Vehicle. If The Renter does not provide proof of insurance prior to starting the ride, The Renter will be required to purchase insurance at an additional fee at time of rental.

7. Return of the Vehicle The Renter agrees to return the Vehicle to the Owner at the end of the Rental Period in the same condition as it was received, except for ordinary wear and tear. The Renter agrees to return the Vehicle to the Owner at [Return Location] on [Return Date] at [Return Time].

8. Termination The Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the Renter breaches any of its terms or conditions.

9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Governing Law].

10. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

11. Accidents and Insurance

(a) In the event of an accident involving the Vehicle during the Rental Period, the Renter shall immediately notify the Owner and the police, and shall provide a detailed written report to the Owner as soon as reasonably possible.

(b) The Renter agrees to carry liability insurance in the amount of [Insurance Amount], which shall be the primary insurance in the event of an accident. If the Renter's insurance coverage is insufficient or does not apply for any reason, the Renter shall be responsible for the full cost of any damage to the Vehicle or any third-party property or persons involved in the accident.

(c) The Owner shall provide collision insurance coverage for the Vehicle, subject to a deductible of [Deductible Amount]. If the Renter wishes to use the Owner's insurance to cover any damage to the Vehicle, the Renter shall pay the deductible amount to the Owner at the time of return of the Vehicle.

(d) The Renter shall cooperate with the Owner and its insurance company in the investigation and resolution of any accident involving the Vehicle.

(e) The Renter shall not admit fault or liability for any accident involving the Vehicle, and shall not settle any claim or lawsuit without the Owner's written consent.

By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
